The UNAR 18 series is a cylindrical ultrasonic sensor with excellent chemical and organic solvent resistance, featuring a non-permeable coating on the detection surface, as well as analog (current/voltage) output and digital (ON/OFF) output. In addition to the non-permeable coating on the detection surface, an FFKM material O-ring is placed at the boundary between the detection surface and the housing, and the housing is made of 316L stainless steel (EN number: 1.4404, known as SUS316L in Japan, which is considered the most rust-resistant stainless steel). This design provides robust protection from the sensor body to the detection surface, achieving outstanding chemical and organic solvent resistance. The UNAR 18 series demonstrates excellent performance in liquid level detection for chemicals and organic solvents.
